Manchester United vs Southampton: Pogba, Friday night football debuts

First, will be the appearance of the world’s most expensive footballer Paul Pogba who completed a record £89.4m transfer to the Red Devils from Juventus just four years after leaving for less than £1m.

Manchester United opened their premier league account with a comprehensive 3-1 win against Bournemouth away while Southampton drew at home to Odion Ighalo’s Watford and will love to pick their first victory at Old Trafford in what will be Jose Mourinho’s first home game as Red Devils manager. 
However, one player the Old Trafford fans will love to see is Paul Pogba after he missed the opening match against Bournemouth due to suspension and the manager has promised he will play some part in the game tomorrow night.

“We played against Leicester with players with less training than him and we saw that match as a way to improve them and accelerate the process,” Mourinho told MUTV.
“With Paul it’s a bit the same – not one single minute of any pre-season match but almost two weeks of work with us, sometimes with the group, sometimes separately, and the condition is okay to play some minutes.”
In his first spell for Manchester United, Pogba made three premier league appearances and in those games, the Red Devils scored nine goals without conceding any.
