Transfer news: Real Madrid make Payet, Kante offers – Agent
FIFA agent Francois Gallardo claims Real Madrid have made
offers to West Ham and Leicester City for Dmitri Payet and N’Golo Kante
respectively.
Fichajes.net claims to have been told by Gallardo that Real Madrid have tabled a bid in the region of €50m for Payet while Kante’s is believed to have been in the region of €30m for Kante, the offers coming at the request of the Los Blancos head coach Zinedine Zidane.
If Payet is brought to Santiago Bernabeu then James Rodriguez will be sold to make way, the report claims, but if Madrid miss out on Payet then James will get another chance.
Kante, meanwhile, is a specific request of the Coach as Zizou wants two midfielders capable of winning the ball back and as his squad stands, only Casemiro fits that bill.
Madrid are hopeful of wrapping up at least one of the two Frenchmen before the end of Euro 2016 and want to act quickly so as to get the transfers completed before an expected FIFA transfer ban.
