The 7 hottest kits at Euro 2016
The fans are in France in droves and most are attired in their country’s kits but which of the 24 nations is sporting a jersey that you wouldn’t to be seen in.
Here is our top 6:
France
Blue will always be a cool colour and Nike’s offering for France’s away jersey is a desirous one. With a placid white background, the red and blue have been mellowed down to ensure that they totally match the white – giving off an aura of total calmness. Hope the team can keep their calm in the midst of high expectations from their fans.
England
If only this team would play to the potential of their jerseys then they will surely go far. Let it not be that we would remember their jersey before their performance at the end of France 2016.
Portugal
They have arguably the most desirous football player in Europe – Cristiano Ronaldo and it would amount to anathema if Nike had not come up with a jersey that measures to the stature of their prime endorser.
Croatia
Nike seems to have overdone itself with this offering. If you are caught wearing it, just ensure that it is for something good because this fluorescent attire will simply make sure you are remembered.
Spain
Adidas have ensured that Spain will look like royalty – which they are in France. The red, yellow and blue are cleanly aligned and the three Adidas stripes down the side will make the Spanish players look lean and tall.
Belgium
They have been touted as outside favourites for the title and their Adidas jersey portrays that tag. Whether it is red and black or the striped colours on the light blue background – you cannot miss this jersey, as it is a bold statement. The Eden-Hazard team will be hoping to deliver on its promises.
Iceland
The first timers will look like cool cats in France, whether they will play like one is another story entirely. Little known kit manufacturer, Errea, have ensured that the Icelanders will at least stand out in their attire as they look ready for a party.
Whichever jersey you choose to adorn, make sure you have a party at the Euros!
