NDA blows up Bayelsa Agip trunk line

The Niger Delta Aveng­ers (NDA), said it has blown up an oil pipe­line belonging to Agip ENI in Bayelsa state.

The militant group which has claimed responsibility for most attacks on oil installa­tions in the Niger Delta, in a tweet yesterday said it is fight­ing for the independence of the region.

According to the tweet, “3am of Friday @NDAvengers blew up the Obi Brass Trunk line belonging to Agip ENI. The line is Agip’s major crude oil line in Bayelsa state.

“Good the foreign refiner­ies stop buying Nigerian Oil.”

The militant group which has rejected dialogue overtures by the Federal Government has already claimed responsibility for the action.
