Anambra PDP Crisis: Court orders INEC Chair to appear personally

There is tension building up in Anambra State Ju­dicial Service Commis­sion following the formal announcement of the processes to scrap the state’s Customary Court of Appeal by the state Judicial Service Commis­sion.

Report indicated that if Governor Obiano accepts the request of the state Chief Judge, Justice Pe­ter Umeadi, who doubles as the Chairman of the commission and sends an Executive Bill to the State House of Assembly, the court is as good as closed.
