Cleric tasks Buhari on EFCC
As the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government enters into its second year, a cleric, Prophet Moses Abdulllahi has advised the president not to use the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), as a witch-hunt against opposition politicians.
Abdullahi who is the General Overseer of The Messengers of God Assembly, Abuja disclosed this to The AUTHORITY in his prophetic release.
While supporting the president in his fight against corruption as well as the steps towards the recovery of looted funds, the prophet however, cautioned the President against using the anti-graft agency on perceived political enemies.
He also advised the President to see the entire country as his responsibility as he is the president to all. He stated that the president should be more interested in the economic development and diversification of the country’s economy.
The cleric who had disclosed to The AUTHORITY in April that the Chibok girls were alive and can be rescued, prophesied that the country’s economy would bounce back if the President listens to the directives of God concerning governance in Nigeria.
He asked the security agencies, especially the military, not to relax vigilance as it concerns the Boko Haram and other criminalities.
He warned that Boko Haram may spring a surprise attack in Abuja insisting that the authorities should step up security rather than relaxing and feeling that it has been defeated.
“The EFCC should not witch-hunt any person, group, Christians, Muslims in the fight against corruption. The fight should be holistic and not selective. If security is not tightened, another round of bombing may start with Boko Haram,” he warned.
